Kitty-Feline
I've had Kitty(yes that is her actual name) since she was a couple weeks old. Shes now 4 years old now and shes still five pounds. She operates in a mostly supervisory role.
GlaDOS-FDM
GlaDOS is my first printer. She started life as a Creality Ender 3, but has received quote a lot of parts and upgrades over the years. She can be finicky and requires a lot of calibration to run correctly but she can do multiple materials and runs at around double the speed it ran stock.
BTT 3.0 V3 Board
BTT Dual-Z
GCR Linear rails kit for Y-axis
Microswiss hotend
CRTouch
WhamBam PEX print bed mounted with silicon spacers and aluminum adjustment wheels
Creality All metal extruder
Operates on Klipper Firmware supported by a laptop running Linux Debian command line only.
Fully enclosed, prints from an externally mounted filament drier. Electronics mounted outside.
Wheatley-FDM
Mostly stock Creality Ender 3. Wheatley is the definition of reliability. He's slow and set up for PLA based plastics only, but I hit print and he delivers...eventually. Most of my inventory is done by him.
Sovereign
Got something really exciting in the mail currently. Stay tuned for updates!
Harbinger
This is the latest addition to my fleet. Bambu Lab is a relative new comer to the world of 3d printer manufacturing but they came out swinging with their products. The X1 Carbon is arguably one of the best on the market currently and It has pretty much every feature you could want in a printer.
double auto bed leveling using tap and then lidar for precision
automatic ai detection and pause if first layer issues and spaghetti is detected.
maximum speeds of 500mm/s at 20,000 acceleration
build in 1080p camera for monitoring and auto generating timelapses
AMS unit allows for printing from 4 different spools including multicolor prints.
enclosure can reach 60C and hotend maxes at 300C allowing printing of materials such as carbon fiber nylon or polycarbonate
filament runout detection including option to automatically swap to a different spool and continue printing
VIKI-Resin
Elegoo Mars 3. Viki performs flawlessly...so long as I get my file right. Resin presents its own set of challenges and is a constant learning process. The build volume is also much smaller compared than my FDM printers but she can deliver some stunning quality.
